Hi, I’m Kristin LaFontaine! I’m a mom, runner, and sports nutritionist who loves helping athletes feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in how they fuel.

I started LaFontaine Nutrition because I saw how confusing nutrition had become for so many athletes. There’s so much pressure to eat perfectly, cut things out, have a curated supplement routine, or follow trends that often leave people underfueled and frustrated. I wanted to create a more realistic approach; one that supports performance and big goals, but also fits into real life.

As both a sports nutritionist and a mom, I understand how hard it can be to juggle training, family life, busy schedules, and nutrition. My goal is to help make fueling feel simpler and less stressful. No fad diets or rigid food rules, just practical strategies that help athletes train well, recover well, and feel good doing it.

I work with runners and athletes of all levels, from people training for their first race to experienced athletes chasing big goals. I’m especially passionate about helping endurance athletes avoid the underfueling and injury cycles that are so common in sport. As athletes, we put a significant amount of time into training for our goals. Don’t let fueling be the thing that makes you fall short.
