Group Nutrition coaching
You’re putting a significant amount of time into training for your fall full or half marathon. Your nutrition (and hydration – remember, you’re training over the summer!) can make or break your goal. Learn how to fuel your body in a fun, supportive group environment – the things you’ll learn will serve you for the rest of your running life!
What it is:
This group is for anyone running a half or full marathon in the fall of 2025 who wants to CRUSH their goals!
Heavy on education – you will be taught the principles of sports nutrition and fueling for running and it is up to you to apply them to yourself and your training with time for group Q&A at the end of each live session. There is also a private Slack group for continued conversation and support

1-on-1 nutrition coaching
Includes:
10 weeks of group nutrition support and education (July 21 to September 29)
9 live, 30-60 min education sessions via Google Meet with Q&A > sessions will be recorded for later viewing if you can’t make it
Weekly slides provided after each session
Private Slack support group
Personalized Race Day Fuel and Hydration Plan for each participant
Access to support from Kristin LaFontaine, Sports Nutritionist, Master of Nutrition Education and 21 time marathoner

I’m so grateful for the guidance I received from Kristin during the group nutrition sessions. As a runner, I’ve always understood the importance of fueling my body, but I never quite realized how much of an impact proper nutrition could have on my performance until I worked with Kristin. As runners we all look for quick fixes to improving our performance but sometimes we need to take a good, hard look at ensuring that our daily nutritional needs are met first. The advice shared in our group sessions was not only practical but also tailored to our individual needs, which made it so accessible and effective. I loved learning from other group members, hearing their stories, and learning from their experiences as Kristin shared expert advice for any issues we encountered. I learned how to properly fuel before, during, and after my runs, how to balance macronutrients, and how to stay energized throughout training. Kristin was clear, encouraging, and full of real-life examples, which made it easy to implement into my routine. Since implementing the tips and strategies I’ve learned, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels, recovery time, and overall running performance. It was such a valuable experience to learn alongside others in the group and feel supported by someone who truly understands the demands of both running and nutrition. I can’t thank Kristin enough for all the insights I’ve gained and I am so excited to see how these changes impact my next race!

I loved the Spring Marathon Nutrition series! Kristin does an amazing job breaking down complex information into digestible pieces, debunking nutrition myths, and speaking about the ‘why’. The sessions were easy to follow, fun and engaging. The slack group was a great place to ask questions and share tips. It helped to keep my performance fueling at the front of my mind as we progressed through the build up. If you have a goal race and have ever questioned if you were getting the most out of your nutrition or of you’ve ever hit the wall during a race or struggled with an upset stomach running them this is definitely the program for you!
